How does
it work?
This 3 months on hand program focuses on identifying your
insulin-carb ratio.
Week 1
We will set 3 weekly calls discussions to
provide knowledge on insulin-carb ratio. We
will identify your current insulin-carb ratio
and provide you with knowledge
on impact of carb on glucose management.
Week 2-3
Based on established ratio, we will identify
glucose patterns based on your daily eating habits.
We will identify the ideal insulin- carb ratio
by end of week 3 based on learnings.
Week 4
This is where the magic happens! With the knowledge
on the carb counting and your personal insulin-carb ratio
you will be able to reduce the peaks post meal.
This is when ‘diabetes no longer calls the shots!’ You will
observe the improvement in not just your glucose numbers but also in your mental health with reduced stress
around diabetes management!

Do you provide
take-away material?
Yes, you will have a T1D handbook that will be used during the coaching. This will be provided after signing up. It will include all chapters taught during the coaching and will have multiple exercises including carb-counting real life questions to empower you.
Can I bring my partner/parent/sibling
/friend/guardian?
Absolutely! This is highly encouraged! As T1Ds, we often rely on closed ones in times of needs. We will be very happy to welcome someone through the coaching with you. There will be no additional charge for this.
