Whether you're newly counting carbs or have been at it for years, this program calibrates I:C to your real meals.
Phased approach
This 1-month on-hand program focuses on identifying your insulin-carb ratio.
We'll set 3 weekly call discussions to provide knowledge on insulin-carb ratio. We'll identify your current insulin-carb ratio and provide knowledge on impact of carb on glucose management.
Based on established ratio, we'll identify glucose patterns based on your daily eating habits. We'll identify the ideal insulin-carb ratio by end of week 3 based on learnings.
This is where the magic happens. With the knowledge on carb counting and your personal insulin-carb ratio you'll be able to reduce the peaks post meal. Diabetes no longer calls the shots improvement in glucose numbers and mental health.
The discussions will be flexible on your schedule.

Via messaging and on-call where required.
Yes, you'll have a T1D handbook used during the coaching, provided after signing up. It includes all chapters taught and multiple exercises including carb-counting real-life questions to empower you.
Absolutely this is highly encouraged. As T1Ds, we often rely on close ones. We'll welcome someone through the coaching with you, no additional charge.
