How does
it work?
This 1 month program focuses on
identifying root causes of low blood glucose.
Week 1
We will set 3 weekly calls discussions to understand your glucose patterns and low timing. We will identify your work towards identifying root cause of low blood glucose and early indicators of glucose lows. During this time, you will also be given in-depth knowledge to understand various root causes of low blood glucose, risks and best ways to tackle them.
Week 2-3
Based on identified root cases, we will identify data driven daily patterns to reduce your low blood glucose. We will create personalized strategies to help you tackle the low glucose levels efficiently without highs after.
Week 4
This is where the magic happens! With the patters identified and personalized strategies to tackle low blood glucose, our aim will be minimize risky lows. During this week, you will observe reduced post-low highs and will be equipped with tools to manage any lows. You will have an improved mental health with reduced stress around low blood glucose management!

take-away material?
Yes, you will have a T1D handbook that will be used during the coaching. This will be provided after signing up. It will include all chapters taught during the coaching and will have multiple exercises including carb-counting real life questions to empower you.
Can I bring my partner/parent/sibling
/friend/guardian?
Absolutely! This is highly encouraged! As T1Ds, we often rely on closed ones in times of needs. We will be very happy to welcome someone through the coaching with you. There will be no additional charge for this.
